Our specialties include high performance ‘out of autoclave’ manufacturing processes, autoclave processing, material and product development and ballistic protection systems.
A.C.E.’s composite engineering team has industry-leading capabilities with regard to infusion moulding processes, automated production processes, materials development and manufacturing process engineering.
A.C.E. has been responsible for developing some of the largest advances in the development of structural ballistic and blast resistant composite armour and related materials.
A.C.E. has vast experience working within the Defence sector, working with the Defence Science and Technology Group (DST Group formally DSTO) in Australia and also has a long history of working with other prime contractors, industry partners and end users to develop project specific solutions.
